  1. All exhibits must be the bona fide property of the exhibitor and in the Produce Sections, must be grown by the exhibitor on his/her own land.
  2. The Judge’s decision as to merit shall be final. Objections on other grounds must be lodged with the Secretary, within one hour of decision, in writing, with a fee of €50, which will be refunded, if objection is upheld.
  3. Judges empowered to withhold prizes in classes in which there is not sufficient competition or merit.
  4. The Judges shall have power to have animals examined by V.S., whose Certificate shall be limited to the statement sound or unsound, soundness being the necessary qualification in every class. The veterinary examination should be precisely such as the animal would be submitted to for an intending purchase.
  5. The Committee will not be responsible for any loss or accident that may occur to either exhibits, exhibitors or general public.
  6. All untrained geldings fillies and foals must be shown in headstalls or cavessons. All cattle must be shown in headstalls.
  7. No person shall be allowed to enter the judging ring with the judges in any class except the steward of that class and those in charge of the animals. No steward shall officiate in any class in which he is exhibitor or wear a steward’s badge while showing such an exhibit.
  8. The person to whom a cup is awarded shall give security to the Committee that the cup shall be delivered to the Secretary on or before August 1st, of the following year, and in the same condition as it was received. No perpetual cup or trophy can be won outright by an exhibitor
  9. All animals must be haltered or will not be judged.
  10. No refund of entry can be given to exhibitors who fail to bring exhibit on day of Show.
  11. All entries (except Dog classes) must be completed online.
  12. No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
  13. Winners of qualifiers are themselves responsible for entering their animals (or exhibits) for the FINAL. On completion of judging, they must attend the Show Secretary’s Office within ONE HOUR, and complete the necessary documentation and pay entry fee for the FINAL.
  14. The Society will not be responsible for any errors in either Entry Forms, Schedule, or Catalog.
  15. Cars are parked at owners’ risk.
  16. Any handler whose animal is not under his/her control may be asked to remove said animal from the arena or show field at the discretion of the Safety Officers, Judge or Stewards.
  17. Trade Stand Owners must have their own Public Liability Insurance Certificate.
  18. All Exhibitors must display their numbers so that they can be easily seen and read.
  19. Safety Officers must be obeyed at all times.
